McCall's 8158; ©1965; Girls' Dress. Upper section of tri-color dress, in two versions, is lined and dress has center back zipper. Sleeveless dress has contrasting lower right back and lower right front and applied band of a third fabric on left side of dress, above lower section, from center back to center front. Dress with short set-in sleeves has left side back and left front and upper right front of sleeve fabric, with applied bands of a third fabric below upper front and covering seams at left side of dress at back and front.
Likely inspired by the YSL Mondrian mod style dress.
