McCall's 8406; ©1966; Bill Blass - Misses' Dress. Slim, four section dress, with two-piece, short set-in sleeves, has low pleat in back sea. Dress, lightly dart fitted in front, has bias welts applied over dart seams. Bias faced collar is seamed at center back and included in neck facing seam. Dress is closed by concealed zipper below front buttoned closing. Bias belt is included in side seams above normal waistline and buttoned in back at waistline. Dress is underlined and collar, fronts, neck, welts and belt are interfaced.
