From Vintage Sewing Patterns

Sleeveless dress, with three section front pleated skirt, may be bade with or without matching single breasted jacket. Bodice of underline dress has panel seaming at front, back darts. Skirt is slightly gathered in waistline seam and pockets are formed under front pleats. Neck and armholes are faced & neck is interfaced. Belt is tacked over waistline seam and dress has back zipper. Lined & underlined jacket has panel seaming at back and front, two piece set in sleeves in above wrist length. Collar, fronts and lower edges of jacket and sleeves are interfaced.
