McCall's 8419; ca. 1966; Girls' Robe and Nightgown. Four section nightgown has short raglan sleeves with eyelet edging sewn to lower edges and to neck. Gathered eyelet edging is sew to lower edges of gown. Neck is gathered and bound with bias gown fabric. Front of gown above waistline and lower edges of sleeves are shirred and shirring covered with ribbon threaded beading. Ribbon bows are tacked to front and sleeves. Four section, front buttoned robe with pockets in side seams, has two=piece raglan sleeves. Eyelet edging is sewn to tops of sleeves and gathered to lower edges and in center seams of sleeves. Neck is gathered and bottend with bias self fabric, top ruffles included in binding. Ends of ruffles are in armhole seams and ribbon bow is tacked to front of neck. Designed by Juli of Slumbertogs.
