McCall's 8490; ©1966; Misses' and Junior Mini Skirt in Three Versions.  Three mini skirts each with faced and interfaced upper edge, and belt carriers include in facing seam, are worn about 2 1/2 inches below normal waistline. Four section skirt, with two inverted pleats at front stitched in place part way down, has left side zipper. Three section skirt without pleats has zipper in back seam with buttoned tab on inside of skirt at top. Three section skirt with inverted pleat at center front, stitched on outside part way down, has left side zipper. Both skirts with back seam have patch pockets on back. All skirts may be worn with purchased contour belt or interfaced fabric contour belt.
