McCall's 8503; ©1966;  Misses' Dress in Two Versions.  Slim dress, lightly fitted by French darts in front, may have long or short set-in sleeves.  Dress has faced and interfaced band sewn to front and front opening closed by buttons and self-fabric loops included in right band facing seam.  Dress with long sleeves gathered into buttoned bands has faced and interfaced collar.  Collar and fronts bands are trimmed with machine stitching.  Short sleeved dress has faced and interfaced neckband and front bands, with front opening closed with loops and buttons.  Either dress has left side zipper, may be underlined and may be worn with self-fabric belt held by thread carriers.
