McCall's 8940; ©1984; Misses' Dress or Shirt and Skirt: Straight dress and shirt have back pleat, back yoke with forward shoulder seams, extended shoulders, optional shoulder pads, notched collar, buttoned front opening and patch pockets with bands. Dress A and shirt D have full-length sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. Dress B and shirt E have short sleeves. Dress C has cap sleeves. Straight skirt D, E has soft front waistline pleats, pockets in side seams and buttoned front opening and waistband. All views: Optional top-stitch trim.
