“CENTENNIAL COSTUME: Period 1867 or later 1860s skirt, overskirt and two bodices are made separately to be interchanged, if desired. Crinoline is included. Trimmed Skirt A and untrimmed Skirt B are the same. Overskirt will cover trimming. Lower edge is stiffened with non-woven interfacing and edged with welting. Day Dress A is trimmed with ribbon or braid and optional rick-rack braid. Evening Bodice B has ribbon run through beading with ruffle or lace edging at neck and sleeves. Matching ribbon trims overskirt. Crinoline has rows of removable boning at back in bias fold tape casings. Tapes attached to each side of boning tie to exaggerate back fullness, if desired.”
