Collar and cuffs have self-fabric ruffles. Sleeveless, high-waisted pullover jumper, with buttoned left side opening, has lined bodice with buttoned shoulders, shaped hemline and gathered skirt with side seam pockets and hemline tuck. Jumper may be worn with purchased petticoat.
