McCall's 9164; ©1984; Dress, all views, has buttoned back opening, tucked bodice front gathered skirt, long or short sleeves with gathered cap and elastic in lower casings. View A: skirt ruffle, contrast collar, and ties in side seams; self-fabric piping trim on collar and at front waistline, eyelet trim on collar, skirt and at sleeve edges. Purchased ribbon for bow. View B: collar with self-fabric piping and purchased ribbon tie belt. View C: self-fabric skirt ruffle, bound neckline and neck and skirt ruffles of lace or eyelet; sleeve edges are also trimmed with lace or eyelet. Purchased ribbon tie belt.
