McCall's 9384; ©1968; Child's Dress in Three Versions.  High waisted dress in long or short length, has dart fitted bodice, three section gathered skirt and center back zipper. Long dress has short set-in sleeves, bias self-fabric ruffles or lace or eyelet edging included in neck and sleeve facing seams. Short dress has short puffed sleeves gathered into armholes and at lower edges by elastic in casings. Bias self fabric ruffle is included in neck facing seam. Either dress with fabric ruffles has bias self fabric ruffles has bias self fabric ruffle sewn to lower edge. All dresses are worn with ribbon tie belt held by thread carriers.
