McCall's 9394; ©1968; Child's Skirt, Blouse and Vest. Blouse with buttoned front bands and long set-in sleeves, two sections skirt with elastic in casing at waistline, and single breasted vest with cut-away fronts. Blouse sleeves are gathered into buttoned bands. Faced collar and front bands are interfaced and may have gathered lace or eyelet edging in seams. Lined vest has interfaced neck and fronts.
