McCall's 9642; ©1969; Helen Lee - Girls' and Child's Dress In Two Versions With Attached Petticoat. Long torso dress with long or short set-in sleeves, and petticoat attached under skirt. Gathered skirt and organdy petticoat are seamed to underlined bodice with center back zipper. Long sleeves are faced. Interfaced band collar is sewn to neck edge. Lace ruffling is included in sleeve and collar facing seams and dress is worn with ribbon sash held by fabric carriers. Dress, with faced, collarless neckline has faced short sleeves gathered into armholes. Lace ruffling is included in neck and sleeve facing seams and bodice seam.
