Long sleeved dress has faced neck and sleeves. lace ruffling is included in neck and sleeve facing seams and stitched on lower edge of sleeves and dress. Dress, with short sleeves gathered into armholes and with elastic in lower edge casings, has band collar sewn to neck edge. Dress is worn with ribbon tie belt. View B dress is cut on crossgrain of fabric when border prints or embroidered flounce fabrics are used.
