McCall 1213; ©1945; Transfer Designs for Embroidered Orchids. Yellow or Blue.

Wear an orchid spray! A date blouse, a jacket or evening dress makes new "news" with a trim of these favorite flowers for accent. The large pink orchid or the group of three green orchids are specially planned for a left-shoulder corsage on blouse, jacket or dress. For a wonderful evening dress, use the smaller single orchids as scatter motifs with the matching double orchids. Also charming, used to trim a table cloth, boudoir pillow or breakfast tray set. The orchids are quick to work in long and short stitch, using six-strand cotton - all six strands.
