McCall 1361; ca. 1948; Printed Pattern for Animal Pocketbooks for Children.  Six pocketbooks for small girls, make them of felt, zipper tops, humpty dumpty, bunny, owl, duck frog, elephant.  These will make a small girl extremely happy, as pocketbooks, made of felt, or as bean bags, omitting the straps and sewing up the zipper closing.  Use gay pieces of felt for the pocketbooks and the applique pieces  Elephant bag is 4 and 5/8" deep, bunny is 8 and 3/4" deep, others are about 5 and 3/4" deep.  Pattern states material required for each bag.  5" slide fasteners are required for all but one of the bags.  The duck requires a 4" fastener.
