McCall 1436; ca. 1948; The Cap Shelf!  Three easy-to-make little caps, trim with self fabric flowers, fur, wool edging!  Give your small daughter a smart going-out appearance!  Match her cap to her coat!  These three becoming cap-style hats are for coat or dress fabric.  If you like make of felt.  Views A and B, the one-piece cap  Two points, tacked together with a button, form the cap shape.  Trim cap with wool crochet edging, as in A, or imitation or real fur as in B.  Ties under chin with ribbon.  Cap, View C, has brim wound with 4-fold worsted in bright contrasting color.  Crown is trimmed with wool saddle stitching which ties at back in a bow  Cap, View D, is trimmed with self-fabric flowers, contrast wool tassel centers.  Whip flower, cap edges in wool.  Head sizes 20, 21.
