McCall 1439; ca. 1949; PLayful animals for applique or embroidery.  Put small size animals on bibs, sunsuits  Large size animals for crib quilt blocks.  Give a storybook touch to toddler's outfits!  Work a gay-colored "story book" animal on bibs, sunsuits!  The twelve playful little animals - wooly lamb, kitten in basket, and the rest, are engagingly drawn in the way small children see them in their picture story books.  Applique trims, use bright colored scraps, with embroidery touches, or work in all-embroidery.  Motifs in two sizes, put small animals on clothes, use larger size for crib quilt blocks  15 motifs for applique. 3 Pairs.  12 matching motifs for emboridery only.
