McCall 1450; ca. 1949; Printed Pattern for Toddlers' Romper with Blue Transfer for Embroidery  The giraffe is literally "sticking his neck out" ... right into Baby Elephant's cage!  Your youngsters will love wearing these amusing zoo animals on their romper.  There's a feminine version with shoulder ruffles, a businesslike style for boys.  Elephants are worked in cross-stitch, giraffe is in outline and satin-stitch, dots.  The sister-style has gathered waistline and sash  Use contrast yoke or plain.  Sizes 6 months - 3 years.

Pictured in 1949 McCall Embroidery Catalog.
