McCall 1455; ca. 1949; Printed Pattern for Toddlers' Romper with Blue Transfer for Embroidery.  Mothers!  Here's the new crisscross front romper!  A strap slips through a side seam opening.  Buttons at back waistline!  Embroider boy's style with manly boxing gloves and "Butch" motif.  If you like, omit name "Butch", write in your child's name.  Work a pink angel on girl's style.  Trim the toddler's romper with a dainty border in satin stitch flowers, dots, and button-hole stitched edges  Sailboat motif (not shown) included.  Sizes 6 mos to 3 yrs.
