McCall 197;  ©1934; Child's Dress and Panties. "Gay Shoulders" is the fitting name of this smart frock. Quaint peasant embroidery is worked on the shoulders in bright colors. It's a delightfully designed dress for sunset color combinations. the section of the round yoke are prettily joined with feather stitching. Box Pleats, front and back, provide fulness. Well cut panties match the dress. It's sweet when made of linen, pique, flannel, chambray, silk crepe or cotton broadcloth.
