The skirt is dart fitted and flared in back and either straight or gathered in front. Optional hip ruffles on view A. Side zipper closing. Self fabric bow tie belt or novelty belt.
Sweet and Prissy. With or without ruffles.......they call it an Afternoon Dress...but I call it an Anytime Dress.
