Two-piece flared skirt joins at the natural waistline.  Upper sleeve and waist (bodice) in one at front and back with release-pleated lower sleeve section in same fabric.  Left and right over front in same (A) or contrasting (B) fabric buttons up front and ties at back.  Both views have regulation placket at left underarm seam and contrasting collar and sleeve bands.
