6-gore flared skirt attaches to waist (bodice) at natural waistline.  4-piece front features contrasting panels release-pleated under the bust and two-piece back with contrasting upper waist, straight collar in same (A) or contrasting fabric (B); each with bow.  Fabric-covered button closure at front, side underarm closure with regulation placket.   Contrasting upper sleeve section in ¾ length with cuff (A), contrasting upper sleeve section in long length with shaped sleeve cap and buttoned lower sleeve section with cuff (B), or plain upper and lower sleeve sections in one fabric with same or contrasting cuff (C).
