New York 1016; ca. late 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Front-Closing Dress. High neck with attached collar perforated for square neck, also perforated for V-neck with collar; set-in long sleeves, short sleeves gathered to bands and short loose sleeves. Attached four-piece flared skirt, removable belt.
