New York 1023; ca. 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress in Two Lengths. Waist with narrow square neck at front and round at back trimmed with bow or material. High neck with open fronts and collar, high neck with collar and slide-fastener closing, also square neck with ruffle trimming; long or short sleeves. Attached two-piece skirt cut bias, removable belt.
