New York 1064; ca. late 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Blouse in Two Styles and Separate Two-Piece Skirt. Square yoke blouse with long and short sleeves. High neck with Peter Pan collar, perforated for open neck with collar and revers. Belt attached to top of skirt and separate outside shaped belt perforated for upper edge. Blouse is perforated to be cut apart and joined to top of skirt to be used as a separate dress.
