New York 1181; ca. 1940s;  Ladies' and Misses' Dress in Two Styles. Long or short plain sleeves, short puffed sleeves and three-quarter sleeves.  Two-piece shaped belt inserted between the waist and three-piece circular, gathered or shirred skirt, width at lower edge, shorter length skirt.
