New York 1270; ca. 1940s;  Ladies' and Misses' Basque Dress.  Collarless neck yoke at front, slashed opening at back or neck; short puff sleeves and long sleeves perforated for plain short sleeves.  Attached two-piece skirt perforated for shorter length.
