New York 1316; ca. 1940s;  Ladies' and Misses' Dress.  Waist with seam at center-front left partly opened from neck.  High V-neck perforated for low V-neck at front.  Long sleeves perforated for short sleeves.  Attached four-piece skirt, removable belt.  Width at lower edge of dress, medium size, 2 yards.
