New York 1390; ca. early 1940s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress. Single or double breasted waist. High neck perforated for square neck with collar. Square yokes front and back. Long sleeves perforated for three-quarter slowing sleeves, and short sleeves. Attached four-piece circular skirt, with or without pockets, removable sash or belt.
