New York 143; ca. 1930s; Ladies' & Misses' Dress and Cape. The dress is closed under the left arm. Waist has collarless V-shaped neck in front, high outline at back; and long set-in sleeves, gathered into wristbands, which may be omitted. Two-piece circular skirt attached to waist under a removable belt. Tie-strings attached to fronts of cape.
