New York 1430; ca. 1940s;  Ladies' and Misses' Dress in Four Styles.  Sleeveless dress or jumper style with separate blouse having attached collar, applied front band and short puffed sleeves.  Blouse is perforated to be cut apart and joined to two-piece circular skirt in two lengths.
