New York 175; ca. 1930s Ladies' and Misses' Dress. Round neck with epaulets over shoulders and set-in long or short sleeves. Attached two-piece skirt, tucked at each side of front, tie belt in two sections inserted in underarms. Width at lower edge, size 16, 1 5/8 yd. 9 unprinted pattern pieces.
