New York "Gold Seal" Sewing Pattern #1921 Girl's Dress.
Instructions show three versions, one with short sleeves and contrasting yokes, sleeves and flounce, one with long sleeves and contrasting yokes, wristbands and flounce, and the third version has long sleeves and is made from all one material.
13 Unprinted Pre-cut Pattern Pieces.
Copyright probably early 1940's, based on envelope design and price, and more definitely sometime between 1932 and 1945 which is the time frame that this company was in operation, according to my research.
