New York 195;  ca. 1930s;  Ladies' and Misses' Dress. Waist has lapped-over fronts with V-shaped neck. Trimming, inserted through slashed openings in fronts of waist, looped below right shoulder. Long set-in sleeves are perforated for shorter sleeves in two lengths. Six-piece circular skirt is attached to waist under a removable belt. Skirt may be made with pressed-in plaits each side of center-front, or without plaits. Width at lower edge of skirt, size 36, with plaits, about 1 3/4 yards.
