New York 200; ca. 1930s;  Ladies' and Misses' Dress and Jacket. Dress has open fronts, attached collar, set-in long sleeves gathered into wristbands.  Four-piece skirt with inset plaits at each side of front, removable belt.  Jacket with set-in sleeves.
