New York 206; 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress. The dress is closed under the left arm an on left shoulder. A tie is inserted through slashed opening at center-front of waist. Double sleeve caps and set-in sleeves are provided; either of them may be omitted. A shaped band (in two pieces) is inserted between waist and two-piece circular skirt.
