New York 207; 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress. The dress is closed under the left arm; also at slashed opening at the neck in front of waist. Drooping shoulders with attached three-piece ruffle or long set-in sleeves. Two-Piece circular skirt is attached to the waist under a removable belt.
