New York 227; ca. 1930s; LADIES' AND MISSES' DRESS AND JACKET. The dress is slashed and closed at center-front of waist under tie-strings that are cut on one with attached collar.  Four-piece circular skirt attached to waist under a removable belt.  Long set-in sleeves are perforated for short sleeves.  Jacket has open front and set-in sleeves.
