New York 416; ca. 1940s;  Ladies' and Misses' Blouse and Skirt.  Four-piece skirt with belt at top.  Front-closing blouse with drop shoulders forming cap sleeves; Convertible collar or standing band.  Width at lower ege of skirt, size 16, 64 inches.
