New York 527; ca. 1930s; LADIES' AND MISSES' DRESS. Waist in three styles. Either jabot collar, Plain Neck with bow trimming, or gathered frill with small jabot. Set-in short sleeves or long sleeves. Attached two-piece skirt with back belt attached to pointed section on waist.
