New York 582; Circa 1940s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress: Waist with convertible collar; Panel at front; Long sleeves perforated for short sleeves; 3/4 sleeves. Attached six-piece skirt laid in side plaits at front; removable belt. Width at lower edge, including plaits, size 36, 68 inches.
