New York 589; ca. 1940s; Dress Designed for Maternity or General Wear. One-piece front laid in plaits and held with snappers under the tie-belt attached across back. Top is gathered to a square yoke; convertible collar; 3/4 sleeves perforated for short sleeves. Three-piece skirt attached to waist across back.
