New York 622; ca. 1940s;  Styled by Louise Scott - Ladies' and Misses' Two-Piece Suit Dress.  Separate six-piece skirt with opening at left side.  Front-closing jacket-blouse with square yokes front and back.  Two styles of collars; long sleeves perforated for short sleeves; with or without applied sleevebands.  Width at lower edge of skirt, size 16, 64 inches.
