New York 628; ca. 1930s;  Junior's and Misses' 2-Piece Dress.  Consisting of a front-closing blouse and six-piece side-closing skirt pressed in inverted-plaits at side front and side back.  Blouse has attached collar and three piece Peplum.  Back yoke and short sleeves are cut in one piece.
