New York 726; 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Blouses. Dressy blouse with long sleeves perforated for shorter length, shirred at top; high neck with the front-closing and attached collar. Tailored blouse with inset vestee trimmed with applied band, yoke at back. Two styles of collar either standing or round collar; long sleeves perforated for short sleeves.
