New York 822; ca. 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Two-Piece Dress. Consisting of a front-closing blouse and three-piece side-closing skirt with plaited insets at center-front. Blouse has an attached collar and long set-in sleeves gathered into wristbands; perforated for short sleeves.
