New York 929;  ca. late 1930s or early 1940s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress.  The front-blosing waist like attached collars, and long set-in sleeves that are perforated for short sleeves.  Attached two-piece skirt with patch pockets, width at lower edge of skirt, medium sizes, and 1-3/4 yards.
