New York 964; ca. 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress. Waist with inverted plait at shoulders or front, with or without jabot collar, long sleeves perforated for shorter length, or long plain sleeves without darts at top.  Attached three-piece skirt; removable belt or crushed girdle.
